The Alternative to Incarceration Program (ATI) is the corecomponent in Abraham House’s mission to break the intergenerational cycle ofpoverty and crime. The ATI Program works with mostly criminal justice involvednonviolent adults who have been assigned by the judicial system to Abraham Housefor a period of rehabilitation lasting 1 to 3 years. The program has both aresidential and non-residential component. To graduate, the criminal justice involved must meetthe requirements of the judicial system as well as Abraham House’s internalpolicies and guidelines. The program fights the high rate of recidivism bypreparing the criminal justice involved for the day they will rejoin society.

You will be asked to complete a Release of Responsibility/Leave of Absence form. You must assume responsibility for administering medication during that time, and you will need to take the MOLST or DNR with you. We accept guests with oxygen, catheters, colostomies, feeding tubes, IV pumps, and tracheotomies.
